Good day! I am Carl Louie Garcia, and I can simply be addressed as Louie. Though for so long, I am used to be called by my first name and even my parents rarely address me by my second name. I am known to be a sentimental, persevering, and passionate individual. My heart longs to connect with others with the best that I can do thus, with various types of people I encounter, creativity runs into my veins. Part of the flow for creativity to run is eagerly learning the fields of film, graphic design, and music.

 

One of the fields I wanted to learn is filmmaking. Most time of my days, I am always bombarded with different scenarios I make up on my head. Some scenarios tend to affect my day if it is either too dramatic or too exciting. I never want to share the dramatic ones, but I still want to express myself base on those made-up scenarios. That is why, I wanted to learn filmmaking, not only for the sake of expression, but also for the sake of learning.

Learning, perhaps, has ever been continuous, right? With the ever-growing virtual life, graphic design became one of the essential things I wanted to learn. Anything around us can easily be taken for granted. What more from what is shown through the internet? False identity. Fake news. Materialism. These are results of how individuals easily and uneasily settle with what can be accessed through our gadgets. That is why, it is important to see captive outputs that would bring positive impact for other people.

 

Speaking of positive impact. It cannot be denied that music is one of the most impactful things in our life. Music has been part of my childhood. I simply fell in love with it until to this moment. Though, feeling this kind of love makes me wonder about others. The world does not feel enough of it. Well, for me, I can say that it lacks so much of it. Thus, it is necessary to let others acquire the same love. I will always long to be persevering in this field until I can manage to bring love through music.

 

Being socially connected really brings forth a sense of giving value to others even you, yourself, cannot. The connection fuels the creativity in my veins. As it continuously runs, I will ever be thankful and persevering to let my eagerness and passion burn until it burns further. May this burning heart yield a light of hope for other people.
